these codes can appear with a failing diesel pump ecu unfortunately you often dont need to change the whole pump, many diesel specialist can repair the ecu which is on top of the pump and is pretty easy to remove in situ, there are videos on youtube showing you how to remove and if i remember correctly the videos are posted by a company that repairs them
