Ah, no - sorry my mistake.

Might want to check the symposer tube as apparently that has a diaphragm in it that can fail which causes similar symptoms to the BCS going. (Some people blank theirs off to avoid the problem)
You've not got a whistle / noise like a bearing gone on a water pump have you?
