Hope someone can help me. Please.

I bought a 07 plate focus st225 last December and it was running excellent. It is standard with a decat already fitted when bought.
The last month it has got very flat and unresponsive. I took it to a rolling road who suggested I change the 3 sensors. MAP,MAF AND BCS.
I also had it serviced and did a smoke test as the rolling road guy said I could have a leak somewhere. No leak found. Still running the same after all the new sensors.
Could it be the actuator?
What do you suggest I do next?
