been a bit slack with the old updates again lol
so where were at now:
been doing this for just over a year now and its changed quite dramatically, so here a couple of before and after pics of the outside

and as per my last post i had started fitting the kitchen, but before i could finish i had to block off the wall between the utility and where the kitchen now is and have it skimmed... but before i could do that i had to move this little lot, ok 1300 paving blocks from the back to the front of the house as we have no rear access (didnt before either)

i was foooked after doing that!
