yes fresh juice in it, (havent stopped puttin juice in it its using loads) its pushing 11 on the meter when i crank the engine with the wires off. I havent changed the relay as its clicking as it should when the ignition is turned on. The pump never clicks hums or sounds like it does anything. ive just ran a live feed to the pump and it spins and pressurizes the system. What voltage should the red wire be delivering at the fuel pump,
