Default underdrive pulleys, causing a problem????

this is on my e36 my but that doesnt matter,
i have fitted a smaller crank pulley so now everything off it runs a touch slower.
water pump, power steering, alternator...
i also have very dim headlights, could it be that by underdriving the alternator theres now a little less juice for the headlights to burn bright?
im going to get a multimeter on there this weekend to have a look but just wondered what you guys think?

would it also affect the spark? would this now not be as powerful?
and i want to fit an install(sub, amp, components) again, will these now be underpowered?

if so i will fit a bigger pulley on the alt to take it back up to its origional speed.
