One of my acquaintances reckons he went to court and basically said if you stand up in court and say you wasnt the registered keeper at the time , they throw it out. Don't know whether to take it as a pinch of salt or not, guess theres no reason for him to lie about it. Always thought our justice system was "you're innocent till proven guilty" so if they cant prove you havent sent it off how can you be guilty?
