Agreed. I used the Interpretation Act against them which basically states that by me posting it I've done my part and they said its not a defence. However, when they didn't reissue me a V5 a few years back they used it against me to say they weren't at fault it was Royal Mail. Kind of hoping it goes to court now so I can say my piece.
