When I changed from twinky to 2.9 in my 4be, I just sent a receipt for the engine with the serial number on it along with the V5. They changed it on the V5 with no issues. The receipt was just hand written in one of those carbon copy receipt books with the garage stamp on it. Wouldn't be hard to write one out yourself and use one of those address stamps from a stationers that come with a load of letters you just put in yourself.
