so if you've already got a chip then you need to get he board to suit that,

however the boards are interchangeable and can be quickly swapped over on the same l8 ecu
It shouldn't make any difference in this case...
If someone buys it who has a Pectel chip, they would have a 'Pectel board' as well, so they can simply transplant them into the new ECU, if they don't then they can just fit the chip.
