It's a shame you had such bad luck as my experiences of them has been excellent, a real powerhouse.
As for the vr its definitely doing the numbers but as my mate it experiencing its very costly, as a rwd motor the oiling system looks to be immense, its very tall though and you obviously need to factor in a S8 syvecs into the costs which isn't cheap either!
