yb's are in no way the best engine ever(and i mean in NO way)
but they were somewhat ahead of there time considering when they were developed
but by todays standards they are nothing special
i own 2 in 2 differant cossy's, and i love them
but if i was doing a complete scratch built car then a yb would be nowhere near the top of the list for engines
i realy fancy i nice ford modular v8, sound amazing and tune to silly power for not a huge budget
but if it had to be a 4 cylinder 2 litre a 4g63 evo engine can do mega numbers for a smaler budget than a 500 bhp yb
