You won't find a pattern from valance for a capri, assume it's mk3, as they were ford only part for some reason. You may find a genuine one on eBay but prices are now close to £500. There was a guy local to me who was fabricating them by hand and selling a fair bit cheaper on eBay so try eBay too.
Only other option is a second hand one cut off a scrap car, try caprigear or capri club international but the later will be expensive! Capri club have also made fibreglass copies that look good. Best join the club they do some good hard to get parts but as said they ain't cheap!
