If the regulator has a reference to the intake manifold, which 99% do then it will be perfectly usable.

If you can get a 2wd Cossie one cheap, then it will be ideal

I personally hate braided lines, but that's just me. Any good quality rubber efi line and suitable hose clips will work perfectly well.

Ive no idea what sort of fittings your fuel rail will have though to say how easy that will be. Most EFI setups have their regulator mounted on the rails...so that task is generally very simple. Just use it as is !.
