Needed to crack the injectors off to get it to start but was fine.

Just another question, does anyone know what temperature the cooling fan should operate at? I've done the dash test thing to get the coolant temperature reading up, after a good drive then sitting at 2000 rpm for 15 minutes it reads as high as 92° but didn't seem to want to go much higher. All radiator hoses are nice and hot and heaters now blows lovely and hot but just can't seem to get it hot enough to start the cooling fans.
