I know of a high mileage mk4 mondeo estate coming up forsale soon that I am half tempted by. It's 140bhp tdci with a auto box and its got around 180k but full ford history and its my dad ex company car so I know it well.
I haven't seen the condition of the bodywork yet (it has been a pool car for the past 18 months) but I'm wondering if its worth a gamble or its a ticking time bomb at this mileage?

No price has been mentioned yet but I would only low ball them or walk away. Fwiw it's a 2.0 tdci zetec estate.
