what do you want to know?

make sure all the electrics work, the ghis x is top of the range so should have all the bells and whistles other than xenons, but if they are fitted make sure they self level, it's a dealer fix if you disconnect the battery so you have been warned and can haggle on that, it's about an hours labour

make sure the cruise control works

make sure it pulls up in a straight line

and it doesn't feel weird in a stright line or round corners

clunking from the front end is normally arb drop links, £55 each from ford a fiver from ebay, the ford ones last much longer

it should have electric seats with hot and cold options

make sure the climate control works as it should too and not just the air con, stick it on auto and drop it right to the lowest setting, 17 degrees and then lo to make sure it works

the middle rear seat belt will stick, it's an easy fix but if it's not it's a totaly seat strip down, again, fairly easy if you know what you are doing but not if you don't

alloys can corrode and the lacquer can lift up, use it as a haggling point as well

make sure it's got the chrome bits on the door handles and grille is it's a facelift, not so sure about the rear lights and boot handle

should come with power fold mirrors so check them too

the only issues is making sure it's a proper facelift with the different centre console

other than that, you've got different things to check for if it's auto or manual and if it's saloon, hatch, estate
