I've been out today looking for struts to support the weight of the back doors and I found some on a galaxy, 630n (about 80kg) they can lift, might even beable to use the hinges with a bit of moddin.

How did you lengthen your side skirts on the van, I've got 1 pair at the mo but will I need another to chop up and graft on.or is there another way?
