Thanks guys.

I can confirm that the fuse at the top of my photo is the radiator fan and the fuse on the right is the heater blower.

Not sure about the relay but I suspect it's the yellow one at the bottom of my photo, as it's actually shown as blank on the underside of my fuse box cover.
