I would say definately balance the flywheel, if the clutch can be balanced on its own then go for it but don't bolt it together and do it because if the clutch is out of balance and you get it done together, when come to change the clutch next time the new one won't be balanced to the flywheel so will need the complete assembly doing again or it will be miles out.
