I can get a good 32mpg out of mine on a long motorway drive but that's with no boost at all barely touching the throttle. Can anyone seriously resist pushing the go pedal though? Any more than even the lightest touch will start it spooling up so just be prepared that it's no tourer and will hurt your pocket to a degree, nobody buys them because of their fuel economy. Always buy for fun
