I had a good look at various forums before posting here, and also taking car to mechanic this afternoon, and was hopeful it would be coil pack - my heart sank when he said it had been changed and was still displaying the symptoms - He did it while I was there this evening as well to show me the change and rough idling as well.

fingers crossed for the lead replacement tomorrow helping it, if not then 'unknown' territory beckons, not looking forward to that
