Now most of the bigger teams have clawed back nearly all of that in their designs for this year. However the mid field teams wont have. As Horner (RBR) said what happens when Minardi out score his team with a car thats not subject to the same rules?

Each point is worth $Xm dollars next year so what happens when Minardi get more money next year than say Midland or RBR. Will those 2 teams be allowed to run 05 cars in 06?
