I'd have to agree with Stoddart (like it matters....) on the new rules being implemented unilaterally as being 'illegal' based on the concorde agreement. Therefore, the 2004 spec cars should be deemed legal in 2005.

The FIA claims that the new rules are in the interest of 'safety' yet require only one set of tires PER DAY......the word 'oxymoron' comes to mind here.
