Lee - The only two things that don't appear to be right are the USB card reader - as above, says it is installed fine, but the location icons don't show, so no way of transferring items to and from the cards as they cannot be accessed - and there is something missing from my IE browser pages options. GO into IE, go to TOOLS, select INTERNET OPTIONS, and select the ADVANCED tab. Scroll down and there used to be a box to tick for "USE PASSIVE FTP (FOR DNS ......)" something or other and it's not there anymore. Subsequently I can't access or view any FTP pages/servers
