Yes very common.

Becuase the car only has 3 engine mounts the engine moves around alot, and basically works the down pipe bolts loose. (the downpipe flexey is kind of at the wrong angle!).

You can fit an uprated torque mount to limit the movement and you can also buy a locking bolt kit.
