yes commercial vans for buisness use is 1000.00 fine , plus duty of fuel in tank. if your real lucky you get on the spot fine.
the other way they do it is . make you take your buisness accounts and ask for all fuel recipts. they check miles on van and make checks of what miles were on van when you baught it. if no proof of fuel dockets ect they nail you for all the millage done.
i no this is true as i had a friend caught . big big fine.
to all people thinking on running on red diesel
take it from me, un less you get away with it for a long lime its not worth the bother and the cost of the fine .
