If the OP is happy with his current engine spec and use of the car then nothing more complex than fuel/spark management is required. Theres no doubt In my mind that he would surely benefit from closed loop lambda control/ knock sensing/ logging, hell, possibly even traction control but if he wants something that will do the job and not cost lots then the difference in price between S40 and S60 isnt really justified IMHO.
