Replacement is the only way to go IMO, there is oil pressure and boost pressure inside that housing so I don't think any glue will work for very long at all.

While you are at it replace the hose that goes from the housing, up behind the inlet manifold and into the cam cover. It looks like you still have the plastic hose that is very common to split and cause similar errors. Chances are it will break when you take the filter housing off. There is an updated rubber hose which is much better.
