Haha, they're not heaps, that's utter utter nonsense. As with ALL cars they have faults, but the Mk4 is a very reliable car in comparison to its peers. Google ANY car and you'll find pages of complaints. People only ever post on the internet when they're complaining, so you can't use that as a judge of a car.
