Hi all, I have a quick question for you knowledgable types...

I have had Gaz Gold coilovers mounted on eccentric top mounts but I want to go back to standard mounts. I chucked out the standard stuff years ago so what do I need to mount Gaz Gold coilovers into standard 2WD front strut mounts?

Just poly or rubber mounts like these:

Or do I need the rubber mounts and the metal cup things like these:
