Looks fine to re use check out around the head bolt holes and make sure there not cracked. No 2 exhaust side is the one which goes first.

Also when u build it up check head height and if its been skimmed a few times check the bolt in block measure to ensure it dont bottom out when torqued down. if so you will have to shorten the bolts to suit. Be safe be sure!!
