I'm sure I read somewhere about there being something electrical on the pump (besides the stop) is that an injection advance or something along those lines? I'd much rather go down the route of no ecu and an ib5 box but not if it means sacrificing power/reliability.
Can anyone tell me exactly what electrical connections are on this pump. It's a 1999 escort td with an intercooler. There is a plug on top which looks like it is adjustable by rotation with 3 wires going it (if I remember correctly)
And also can anyone catagorically 100% tell me if the blocks and heads are the same (including pistons and compression ratios) on the turbo and non turbo models?
