ok not a band thing then your on the boarder of a start, dont unplug the cold start like a lot do as that just masks other faults. On the metering unit there is a small hole behind the air intake flap, turn it a 1/8-14 of a turn anti clockwise, then try start it, if you have a jump pack use this to to help, keep doing it till it fires, if it doesnt fire after you have turned it/done this about 5 time get someone to press the flap down about 1mm-3mm while trying to start it and get back to me
