When you come to fit the rear beam, cut into the chassis below the old leaf spring hangers. If you box it out and down from the ladder chassis you will see the rear beam from under the tub and its a bit of an eye sore. I welded in a bit of 70x70x3mm box section to mount the diff mount/hanger and simply welded in for nuts.

Use the bump stops for the solid axle are a reference point when the tub is off to line up the drive shafts.

Estate rear trailing arms will work or coilovers because std rear dampers are miles to long.
