Nah will barely make a difference, the discs fit onto the hub by means of the centre bore, the stud holes merely keep it in place. You can have standard discs with 10 holes in them, as long as they're drilled properly and accurately, should be absolutely fine.
Ok nice one thats good to know if i ever fancy an upgrade to the stoppers.

Have to got any pics of yours showing before and after you fitted the spacers. If/when i lower my ST i was going to only space the rears out to meet the arches better but im thinking i may have to do both so it doesnt look odd
