If since you have your exhaust fitted you have engaged in maybe more sprited driving than before (exhuast does sound good btw) its got hotter and cooked the sensor and pushed it over the edge.
Ah so the direct cause is the fryed lambda sensor, the root cause of that being the sports cat. That does makes sense. I've got the lambda spacer so I'll fit that and wipe the code again and see how it does after that, and look at replacing the lambda eventually if needs be.

Thanks. Off a Mk2 ST. Needed to re-drill the front discs from 5x108 to 4x108 which was actually a lot easier than I thought it'd be, since I already had hubcentric 4x108 spacers, so just put them on top of the disc, lined up one of the original holes, and marked where to drill the other three.
Only cost me £9.68 for a 13mm HSS drill bit, and each disc took less than 5 minutes.
