the problem i have, is my parents are moving to Cornwall soon, so if i have an apprenticeship thats not in Cornwall, it needs to be enough money that i can live on. its hard finding apprenticeships that sound good and also pay good money. the BT ones pay well (10k 1st year) but they seem a bit boring. the Ford one works out at 8.4k a year before tax.

i want engineering, fabrication, welding, mechanic, sparky, etc. basically anything hands on with good future options.
