id go on the aboves, i did get a ticket thru when i was already serving a 28 day ban for speeding my mate was driving as borrowed the mota and hes a carpet fitter by trade and would be ruined without a license so i gave it a go saying i didnt know who the driver was as had people round test driving the vehical at the time i then received another letter sayin as registerd keeper its then my responsability if i cannot name the driver he then gave his addy to wich his misus wrote back on receiveing it saying nobody of that name lives here i never herd anything more supose if ya give a name and they cannot find them they cannot convict
