get one a mm bigger than your actual nib size, as often the tips arent exactly what they should be, also glueing them on dead centre is near impossible, then rub off the excess with sand paper, also dont forget to key the top of the que and the bottom of the tip or after a few shots it will pop straight of again.

I find a few shallow cuts with a kitchen knife does the job quite well
