May be better offering them up for sale now with pics as they are, and offer to have them refinished in the colour of new buyers choice? That would appeal more to me as a buyer. I saw a set of wheels I had been after for ages up for sale, but had been freshly refurbished in black - which happened to be one colour I definitely did not want.
The cost of changing the colour and buying them put me off. If I could of chosen the colour I would of bought them, even if I had to wait a few weeks for them.
Just my thoughts.
