A CVH by the book only needs to hold 15psi at hot idle so the turbo is probably circulating the grand sum of naff all. IIrc its meant to be about 45psi at 3000rpm as well. Can get an oil pressure gauge for about £20 off ebay to give you a pretty good idea of what your actually running tho
