put a few hours in on her Sunday, something that had been bugging me was when the rear quarter was replaced a bad job had been made of joining new q to old sill. out come the angle grinder and cut away the affected area

then a template was made and transferred to steel, this was then attached using my snap on mig (its older then me and still makes a cracking bead) filed all down nicely using flap wheel and fold was recreated over the sill to look factory
a coat of stone chip was then applied as it was the only paint to hand

also stripped down the back end, off come the diff cradle which was nice and rusty
