get the restrictor out and see what size it is, you want 1.5mm maybe more if your pressure is down. just remove it for now completely and see if it sounds better i could instantly hear the difference once i got my oil pressure up to the turbo.
if it doesnt smoke and the seals hold up you dont need to run a rtestrictor anyway, my engine hits 110 psi cold start hence needs a restrictor.
