remove front driveshafts take the outer cv joints off the front driveshafts and bolt them into the front hubs to keep the wheel bearing tight
fit 2wd gearbox, gearbox mount, propshaft and speedo cable
job done
That's what i've done, nothing wrong with that
Gonna change the rear to 2wd diff, beam, shaft etc.
