i totaly agree that 1 needs to get pulled off the road
as it does look like it would snap if it was to be in a decent bump

Ok you maybe right as a quick google finds references to cut and shut's being legal providing they are done properly. One reference I have found talks about separating the two cars along pannel seams and rejoining as per factory standard as the legal way to do it but the car pictured certainly IS illegal as it has been improperly repaired to a VERY poor standard. I would also assume a cut and shut car done legally would probably be Q plated as well as having to pass an inspection of some kind.
Whatever the legal stand points with cut and shuts I think we are all agreed this car is clearly unsafe and should be reported to get it off the road.
