Told you I would only be a few min's I hope this vid works as it has taken me F***ing ages to upload it, I did have the full video of it popping into place but I cant find it but you will probably get the gist of how it works, all you need to do is just reverse the bit of wood or use something else with a hole or aperture larger than the size of the bottom of the bush if that makes sense, it worked perfectly for me also give it a squirt of silicone spray.
