McDonadalds got sued for multibillion figures over hot coffe etc...........
Giving you hug in an "unappropriate" maner over there gets you in trouble with the social services.

I dunno if he did this or that, but if he gets convicted it doesnt tell me much either, my confidence in the american justice is very low.

And on the other hand there is of course the OJ Simpson trial..........
