Well, shame on them for all thease seat problems. But, correct me if I`m wrong: I know that there is 15A fuse in the glovebox, 1-pole relay behind the same fuse holders and a 20A fuse in the main (engine) fusebox. Have you checked those? I have mesured them in my car and they are all ok
