you need a large socket short piece of 10mm stud sum washers and nuts and grease/wd40!
put a nut 1 end of stud put stud through socket then through bushnow washer goes on and nut now tighten up nut on the socket side until it pulls through same procedure to fit but use the grease/wd40 as lubrication first
